For calls to local destinations or Singapore

For IDD calls
Press ‘2’. Enter ‘00’ followed by the country and area codes. Then, enter the phone number before pressing ‘#’.

Dial 1099 or 1 800 88 1099 and wait for voice prompt. Select the language of your choice and enter the card number and activation code. Choose the type of call that you would like to make:

For local calls or calls to the same area code
Press ‘1’. Enter the phone number before pressing ‘#’.

For STD calls
Press ‘2’. Enter the STD code and the phone number before pressing ‘#’.

For IDD calls
Press ‘3’. Enter the country and area codes followed by the phone number before pressing ‘#’.
