MyMode Top Up MyPoints via Maybank Kawanku: Terms & Conditions

This service is brought to you by Asia Mobile Commerce Privilege (M) Sdn Bhd (618758-H) (formerly known as Mosys Technology Sdn Bhd) and provided to you subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein. You acknowledge that you have read and fully understood all the Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Service, upon activation, constitutes unconditional acceptance to be bound by all these Terms and Conditions and/or additions, variations or amendments made hereto.

1.1. “Kawanku ATM” means Maybank’s Automated Teller Machine;
1.2. “Members” refers to persons registered under MyMode
1.3. “Service(s)” shall mean the Top up MyMode MyPoints service provided through the Maybank Kawanku ATM;
1.4. “AMCP” means the Company, Asia Mobile Commerce Privilege (M) Sdn Bhd;
1.5. “MyPoints” means MyMode MyPoints;
1.6. “MyPoints Statement” shall mean the MyMode MyPoints Statement;
1.7. "Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions and the terms of services, as may be varied or modified
         from time to time at The Company’s sole discretion;
1.8. “Transaction slip/ATM receipt” means the slip generated and printed out from the Kawanku ATM;
1.9. “Top-Up Code(s)” shall mean the 16-digit Top-up code printed on the transaction slip/ATM receipt that is generated          from the Maybank Kawanku ATM;

2. The Top-up Codes are not refundable. Any value that has been added into the MyPoints Statement are not refundable. MyMode will not be liable for any losses or damages due to top up errors caused by the Member.

3. In the event that the Kawanku ATM service is not accessible for whatever reasons, the Member agrees to use alternative means to top up as shall be desired by the Member at the material time.

4. The Member hereby agrees and undertakes to pay 1 MyPoints as transaction charges which AMCP imposes in connection with this Service and shall be debited from the MyPoints Account without prior notice.

5. You shall use all precautions to prevent the loss, theft and/or unauthorised use of the Top-up Code. In the event of loss, theft and/or unauthorised use of the Top-up Code, you shall immediately notify AMCP at 03-4270 2703 or
Maybank at 1-300-88-6688.

6. The Member must also:

i. cease to utilise the Services or any part thereof for such period as may be required by AMCP.

ii. ensure that the Service is used solely to top up his/her MyPoints Statement.

iii. not use the Service to cause embarrassment, distress, annoyance, irritation or nuisance to any person.

iv. at all times keep the MyMode personal identification number (PIN) of confidential and not release the PIN      to any person.

v. at all times keep the 16 digit top-up code confidential and not distribute it to any person.
